PROCESS, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

The process follows a clear sequence: choose your vehicle, confirm the details and pricing, receive the pro forma invoice, make the initial 70% payment, sign the Vehicle Import Agreement, complete verification and shipment, pay the remaining 30% approximately two weeks before arrival, then clear and deliver the vehicle in Ghana.

No. Once the vehicle details and pricing are confirmed and the pro forma invoice is issued, you make an initial payment of 70% of the total cost. The Vehicle Import Agreement is then signed. The remaining 30% is due approximately two weeks before the vehicle arrives. Payments are made through approved company bank accounts according to the agreed import process.

Yes. After the initial 70% payment is made, AutoChief and the client sign a Vehicle Import Agreement that sets out the vehicle details, agreed costs, payment schedule, responsibilities of both parties and the import process.

Most vehicles are delivered within 10–12 weeks, depending on shipping schedules and customs processing.

Yes. AutoChief manages the customs clearance process at Tema Port and coordinates final delivery across Greater Accra and other destinations in Ghana after the vehicle has been cleared.

Yes. We can assist with sourcing genuine and compatible replacement parts directly from trusted suppliers in China, including body parts, suspension components, sensors, lights, interior parts and other vehicle components.

Our support continues after delivery. We can assist with spare-parts sourcing, technical guidance, maintenance support, diagnostic and repair recommendations, supplier coordination for replacement components and general ownership support.

Yes. Through our network of trusted automotive service partners in Ghana, AutoChief can assist customers with routine servicing, engine oil and filter changes, scheduled maintenance, inspections, mechanical diagnostics and general maintenance.
